RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH HPC, LLC, OF AMES, IA,
FOR THE AMES ANIMAL SERVICES PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the deduct amount of $113,900 on contract with HPC,
LLC, of Ames, IA, for the Ames Animal Services project be approved and adopted as
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 27th day of October, 2026.
