Subject:Rescheduling a December 2026 City Council Meeting

City staff is requesting Council approval to cancel the December 22, 2026 City
Council meeting and replace it with a City Council meeting on December 15,
2026.
The request to reschedule the December 22, 2026 meeting to December 15,
2026, is due to its proximity to the holiday break, which has historically affected
attendance by Council Members, staff, and the public.
