RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
2024/25 RIGHT-OF-WAY RESTORATION PROGRAM
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has filed a certificate of completion for
the 2024/25 Right-of-Way Restoration Program for the City of Ames, Iowa, in accordance
with a contract dated the 14th day of May, 2024, by and between the City of Ames, Iowa,
and Alpha Landscapes, of Johnston, IA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Ames, Iowa, as follows:
Section 1. The total contract for the 2024/25 Right-of-Way Restoration
Program has been fully completed by the Contractor in accordance with the
terms of the contract and is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 2. The total cost of the contract is $115,417.53.
Section 3. The amount due to Alpha Landscapes, of Johnston, IA, is hereby
ordered paid as provided by law.
Section 4. All resolutions or orders or parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of October, 2026.
