RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF LANDSCAPING REQUIREMENT
FOR JT WAREHOUSE DISTRIBUTION CENTER, 4120 E. 13TH STREET,
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Planning and Housing
Director, the landscaping improvements requirements for the JT Warehouse Distribution
Center, 4120 E. 13th Street, are hereby accepted as complete and satisfactory; and,
Section Two. The financial guarantee given to secure performance of the
landscaping improvements is hereby released and shall be returned to the subdivider.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of October, 2026.
