RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 ON CONTRACT WITH
STORY CONSTRUCTION CO., OF AMES, IA,
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AS ADVISOR SERVICES
FOR THE RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $209,287.30 on contract with Story
Construction Co., of Ames, IA, for Construction Manager as Advisor Services for the
Resource Recovery and Recycling Campus be approved and adopted as attached hereto
and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 13th day of October, 2026.
