Nick Joos resigned from the ASSET Board in August 2026. His term extends
through March 31, 2028, so an appointment is needed to fill the vacancy.
Therefore, I request that the City Council approve the appointment of Joani Miller
to serve the remainder of the term ending March 31, 2028.
