2. Introductions of newly attending committee members (Sid Juwarker, Jeff Kopaska,
and Robert Pfaff, if present)
3. Review of the Action Plan charge, timeline and deliverables – Agree a work plan back
from those dates.
4. Open meetings training and committee procedures – status of certificates; backup
note-taker; shared document repository
5. Discussion of topics of research – vote on which topics to pursue initially
(yes/no/abstain)
6. Establishing topic-based research groups (subcommittees) to investigate selected
topics (no vote required; membership may change as research proceeds)
7. Discussion and possible action on standards for AI use in committee research:
source verification, citation, disclosure and confidentiality – vote: yes/no/abstain
