COMMISSION ON THE ARTS
December 5, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Fred Lewis. Members present were
Andrew Zehr, Craig Zywicki, Joel Jacobsen, and Christopher Sutch.
Public Forum
There was no one present for Public Forum.
Approval of Minutes
After some discussion, the minutes of November 7 and November 12 were approved by
consensus as presented.
New Business
The Commission considered recommendations for 2012/13 annual grants. Averages of all
of the commissioner suggestions were reviewed, and some modifications to the averages
were made. Contracts are awarded in whole dollars.
Moved by Zehr and seconded by Jacobsen to approve recommendations as follows:
