COMMISSION ON THE ARTS
November 7, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Fred Lewis. Members present were
Andrew Zehr, Craig Zywicki, Joel Jacobsen, and Christopher Sutch.
Public Forum
There was no one present for Public Forum.
Approval of October 3, 2011 Minutes
Moved by Zywicki and seconded by Sutch to approve the October 3, 2011 minutes. Motion
carried unanimously.
New Business
The Chair reviewed the requests and the average recommendations for each group.
Group Project Request Recommendation
Indial Cultural Association Nrityagram Dance $750 $730
ACAC Brochure $675.75 $645
Octagon Rail reality $750 $685
Co’Motion Dance Fun Facts $750 $690
Total $2,925.75 $2,750.00
It was moved by Jacobsen and seconded by Zywicki to approve the above
recommendations.
The Commission will next meet on November 12, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. in the Council
Chambers
Adjournment
The Commission adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
