COMMISSION ON THE ARTS
April 2, 2012
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Fred Lewis. Members present
were Craig Zywicki, Joel Jacobsen, Christopher Sutch, and Andrew Zehr.
Public Forum
No one was present for Public Forum.
Approval of Minutes
Moved by Zywicki and seconded by Sutch to approve the March 5, 2012 minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
Special Grant Workshop – Staff reviewed the grant application for the Fall 2012 special
granting period.
The Chair reminded everyone again that completed applications are due April 19.
Hearings will be held on May 7 at 5:00 p.m.
The Commission will next meet May 7 at 5:00 p.m. Moved by Zehr to adjourn. The
Commission stood adjourned at 5:27 p.m.
