COMMISSION ON THE ARTS

Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:04 pm by Chair Fred Lewis. Members present were
Malinda Cooper, Andrew Zehr, and Craig Zywicki. Members not present was Jennifer
Brockpahler.
Spring Special Project Grant Workshop/Annual Grant Workshop
Mundt presented information on the grants for Spring 2014 and Fiscal Year 2014/2015.
Public Forum
No one spoke from the public.
Approval of Minutes
It was moved by Commissioner Zywicki and seconded by Commissioner Cooper to approve the
August 5, 2013 minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
A. Review Memo Sent with Contracts
B. Review Payment Request Form
Commissioner Zywicki motioned that staff add information to the application form that states
when the funding memo and contract will be sent to the funded organizations. Second by Zehr.
Motion carried unanimously.
C. 2014 First 6 months calendar
It was moved by Commission Zehr to approve the 2014 First 6 months calendar. Second by
Cooper. Motion carried unanimously.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will be Monday, October 7, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City
Hall.
A motion for adjournment came from Cooper. Chair Lewis declared the meeting adjourned at
5:41 p.m.
