COMMISSION ON THE ARTS
Council Chambers

Monday, February 4, 2013
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Chair Lewis. Members present were
Joel Jacobsen, Chris Sutch, Craig Zywicki and Andrew Zehr.
Public Forum
There was not one present for the Public Forum.
Approval of Minutes
It was moved by Zehr that the minutes of the December 3, 2012 meeting be approved.
Jacobsen seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
A. Review of Special Grant Application --Fall 2013
Minor changes to the form were discussed and referred to staff for correction. The
Commission also recommended notification of current organizations about the
opportunity to apply for the Fall 2013 Special Grants. A motion was made by Zywicki
and seconded by Sutch to approved the Special Grant with the recommended edits.
Motion carried unanimously.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on Monday, April 1, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers
at City Hall. The March 4, 2013 meeting was recommended to be cancelled by the
Commission due to lack of agenda.
Zehr moved to adjourn. The meeting ended at 5:22 p.m.
