Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m. by Chair Malinda Cooper. Members present were
Jennifer Brockpahler, Steve Sullivan, Connie Garnett (arrived at 5:05 p.m.) and Andrew Zehr.
Public Forum
No one was in attendance for the public forum.
Approval of November 3, 2014 Minutes
It was moved by Commissioner Brockpahler and seconded by Commissioner Zehr to approve
the November 3, 2014 minutes. The motion carried unanimously.
2015-2016 Annual Grant Decision
The Commission discussed the funding levels and considered their options. Brockpahler
motioned to for the increases below:
