Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. by Malinda Cooper. Members present were
Malinda Cooper, Andrew Zehr, Jennifer Brockpahler, Connie Garnett and Steve Sullivan.
Public Forum
No one present.
Approval of May 5, 2014 Minutes
It was moved by Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Commissioner Zehr to approve the
May 5, 2014 minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
1) Approval of Fall 2014 Special Project Grant Recommendation -- Garnett noted India Cultural
grant requested dollars for an event to be held in April 2014. This was outside of the grant
period. Cooper notes that COTA would have $1,721 for Spring 2015 Grants with the revisions
discussed pertaining to India Cultural Association; changes were made and the amounts
rounded. Brockpahler made a motion to approve the 2014 Fall Special project grants with
changes as discussed, the motion was seconded by Sullivan. Motion carried unanimously.

Upcoming Meetings
Zehr motioned to cancel the July 7, 2014 meeting. Brockpahler seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously. The next meeting with be August 4, 2014.
Commissioner Garnett requested adjournment at 5:13 p.m.
