Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:04 p.m. by Chair Fred Lewis. Members present were
Malinda Cooper, Andrew Zehr, Jennifer Brockpahler and Craig Zywicki.
Public Forum
No one spoke from the public.
Approval of Minutes
It was moved by Commissioner Zywicki and seconded by Commissioner Brockpahler to
approve the February 3, 2014 minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
New Business
A. Approve second half of 2014 Calendar
There was a motion by Cooper, seconded by Zehr to approve the second half of the 2014
Calendar with the change to have the annual grant hearings on a Monday evening, instead
of Saturday. The motion carried unanimously.

April 7, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall
Fall 2014 application due: April 18, 2014
Fall Special Project Grant Hearings – During regular meeting on May 5, 2014
Cooper requested adjournment at 5:15 p.m.
