Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. by Chair Malinda Cooper. Members present were
Steve Sullivan, Connie Garnett.
Public Forum
An announcement was made that the Ames Community Arts Council Art Awards will be held at
1:30 p.m. on April 19th at the Octagon Center for the Arts.
Approval of December February 2, 2015 Minutes
It was moved by Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Commissioner Garnett to approve the
February 2, 2015 minutes. The motion carried unanimously.
Approval of Calendar for Second Half of 2015
Malinda reviewed the calendar for the second half of 2015. It was moved by Commissioner
Garnett, seconded by Sullivan to approve the calendar. The motion carried unanimously.

• Fall Special Project Grant hearings May 4, 2015
Commissioner Sullivan moved adjournment at 5:06 p.m.
