Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chair Malinda Cooper. Members present were
Jennifer Brockpahler, Connie Garnett, and Steve Sullivan. Jon Foley was absent.
Public Forum
No one was present for Public Forum
Approval of May 4, 2015 Minutes
It was moved by Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Commissioner Brockpahler to
approve the June 1, 2015 minutes. The motion carried unanimously.
Review of Final Project Reports
Ms. Cooper indicated that an email was received regarding the review of the final project
reports. She asked that the Commission members review them at their convenience.
Review of Grant Application Forms
Ms. Cooper asked whether there were any changes to the forms. Brian outlined the changes
that had been made. Commissioner Garnett asked that the dates be reviewed. Moved by
Brockpahler, seconded by Garnett to approve the Annual Grant and Spring Special Project
Grant Application forms, pending a review of the dates for changes. Motion carried
unanimously.
Upcoming Meetings/Important Dates
A copy of the important dates for the next fiscal year was distributed.
The Commission will meet next on September 14, 2015.

Commissioner Sullivan moved adjournment at 5:09 p.m.
