Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m. by Chair Malinda Cooper. Members present were
Jennifer Brockpahler, Steve Sullivan, Connie Garnett and Andrew Zehr.
Public Forum
No one was in attendance for the public forum.
Approval of December 1, 2014 Minutes
It was moved by Commissioner Sullivan and seconded by Commissioner Brockpahler to
approve the December 1, 2014 minutes. The motion carried unanimously.
Review of Special Project Grant Application - Fall 2015
The Commission determined that the application was acceptable and could be made available
at the appropriate time for organizations to make requests for special funds.
Council Presentation on February 10,2015
Cooper noted that she would be present at the City Council meeting to discuss the annual
grants and special grant funding for the 2015/2016 fiscal year. Brockpahler made a motion to
accept the paragraphs regarding the organizations with the minor changes made by staff.
Garnett seconded. The motion carried unanimously.

Commissioner Zehr requested adjournment at 5:08 p.m. There were no objections.
