Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m. by Chair Malinda Cooper. Members present were
Jon Foley and Connie Garnett.
Public Forum
Jennifer Brockpahler, of ACAC, announced the Arts Award Celebration will be held April 17 and
is open to everyone. Nominations are out and will be taken up until March 11.
Approval of February 1, 2016 Minutes
Moved by Commissioner Foley, seconded by Commissioner Garnett, to approve the February
1, 2016 meeting minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
Review of Fall Special Project Grant Final Reports
Chair Cooper announced the reports were emailed to the Commission to review. There were no
questions.
Finalize Fall 2016 Special Project Grant Application
The Commission reviewed the application revisions. It has been updated to reflect new dates.
Moved by Foley, seconded by Garnett, to approve the application as revised. Motion carried
unanimously.
Upcoming Meetings/Important Dates
Malinda announced it was her last meeting. Moved by Foley, seconded by Garnett, to nominate
Steve Sullivan as the new chair of COTA. Motion carried unanimously.
The next COTA meeting will be April 4, 2016

Commissioner Foley moved adjournment at 5:07 p.m.
