Members present were Deanne Brill, Tom Lockhart, and Jason Paull. Jon Foley was not present. Staff members Brian Phillips and Tasheik Kerr were also present. Public Forum No one was present for Public Forum. Approval of January 8, 2018 Minutes Moved by Jason, seconded by Tom, to approve the minutes of the January 8, 2018 meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of Fall 2017 Special Project Grant for Ames Community Arts Council: Jason asked about the funding for the project, noting the majority of it came from COTA. He asked about the source of other funding. Jen nifer Brockpahler, of ACAC, noted ticket revenue was not as much as expected. Moved by Jason, seconded by Tom, to approve the Fall 2017 Special Project Grant final report for ACAC. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of Outstanding FY 2016/17 Annual Grant Final Reports: It was moved by Deanne, seconded by Jason, to approve the outstanding final reports from ACAC and Co-Motion Dance Company. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of COTA Calendar for Next Fiscal Year: Moved by Jason, seconded by Tom, to approve the calendar as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Approval of Fall 2018 Special Project Grant Application and Materials: It was moved by Tom, seconded by Jason, to approve the Fall Special Project Grant application and materials. Motion carried unanimously. Upcoming Important Dates It was moved by Tom, seconded by Deanne, to cancel the March meeting. Motion carried unanimously. Adjournment Jason moved the meeting be adjourned. The meeting adjourned at 5:11 p.m.
