CALL TO ORDER: 4:05 PM
Commission Action Form – Green Hills Health Care Center, Inc.
This agreement between Green Hills Health Care Center, Inc. and Ames Parks & Recreation
outlines the facility use and fee for fitness classes and swim lessons. Changes in this year’s
agreement include moving solely to a per participant fee for fitness classes and adding a per
participant fee for swimming lessons. Staff recommends Alternative #1 which is to approve the
agreement with Green Hills Health Care Center, Inc. Motion to approve Alternative #1 by
Schaben, second by Moran. No discussion. Feilmeyer abstained.
Motion Approved.
Commission members (excluding Feilmeyer) and staff then went on a tour of parks.
