AMES PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES

PRESENT: Sarah Cady, Jeff Iles, Janet Rathe, Nathan Shimanek. Debra Tapp
ABSENT: Duane Reeves, Jeffrey White
STAFF PRESENT: Keith Abraham, Courtney Kort, Joshua Thompson, and Susan Gwiasda
Nancy Shaw, Katie Kole, and Valerie Sheeder (60 Forward Only)
CALL TO ORDER: 4:02 PM
TOUR OF PARKS
Commissioners and Staff met in the west parking lot at Ames City Hall for the parks &
facilities tour. This group toured the 60 Forward Center and the new fieldhouse facility
in Nevada.
ADJOURNMENT
Shimanek moved to adjourn. The meeting concluded at 6:00 PM.
