1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of the Agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of August 10, 2026.
4. Public Forum: This time is set aside for public comments on topics of concern to
the Historic Preservation Commission other than those on this agenda. The
Chairperson may limit each speaker to five minutes. Please understand that the
Commission is not likely to act on comments at this meeting due to the
requirements of the Open Meetings Law but may do so at a future meeting.
5. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness for Porch and Window Restoration at
703 Burnett Avenue, In the Old Town District
6. Discussion of Historic Preservation Commission Annual Budget
7. Commission Comments
8. Staff Comments
9. Adjournment
