RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PARTIAL COMPLETION OF
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REQUIRED FOR
DOMANI SUBDIVISION 3rd ADDITION
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Ames, Iowa:
Section One. In accordance with the Certificate of the Public Works Department,
subgrade preparation, curb and gutter, and the HMA Pavement 6 inch surface required
as a condition for approval of the Final Plat of the above -named Subdivision have been
completed in an acceptable manner.
Section Two. The financial guarantee given to secure performance of the public
improvements is hereby reduced to $123,144.00 for the remaining work.
ADOPTED THIS 8th day of September, 2026.
