RESOLUTION NO. 26-543
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR
999 E 190TH AND 6494 ARRASMITH TRAIL IN RURAL STORY COUNTY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES
WHEREAS, application for a proposed Plat of Survey has been submitted for a
boundary line adjustment per Section 23.309 of the Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, the site is located at 999 E 190th and 6494 Arrasmith Trail. The owner
of Lot 5 is Nancy M. Raymond (Revocable Trust). The owners of Lot 6 are Robert D. and
Kristin K. Hart; and,
WHEREAS, the real estate description is Lots 5 and 6 in the Subdivision of the SW
¼, SW ¼ of Section 13-84-24, Story County, Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, a preliminary decision of approval for the proposed Plat of Survey has
been rendered by the Planning and Housing Department with no conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that the Plat of Survey for 999 E 190th and 6494 Arrasmith Trail is hereby approved.
ADOPTED THIS 25th day of August, 2026.
