RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 ON CONTRACT WITH
PETROTECH INC., OF NEW ORLEANS, LA,
FOR COMBUSTION TURBINE CONTROLS UPGRADE
FOR THE ELECTRIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $10,039.81, inclusive of sales tax, on
contract with Petrotech Inc., of New Orleans, LA, for Combustion Turbine Controls
Upgrade be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 25th day of August, 2026.
