The following licenses are eligible for renewal:
a. Cyclone Liquors, 626 Lincoln Way, Class E Retail Alcohol License
b. Whiskey River, 132-134 Main Street, Class C Retail Alcohol License with
Catering Privilege
c. Wallaby's Bar and Grille, 2733 Stange Road, Class C Retail Alcohol
License with Outdoor Service
d. Kwik Stop Liquor & Groceries, 125 6th Street, Class E Retail Alcohol
License
A review of police records for the past 12 months found no liquor law violations
for Cyclone Liquors, Wallaby's Bar and Grille, or Kwik Stop Liquor & Groceries.
Therefore, the Police Department recommends license renewal for these
businesses.
A review of police records for the past 12 months found one violation for minors
prohibited on certain premises at Whiskey River. Officers will continue to monitor
the business for liquor law violations and offer ID training for staff members. The
Police Department recommends license renewal for this business.
