3. Public Hearing (continued from August 12th) on a request for a Special Use
Permit to Allow Modifications to an Existing Wireless Communication Facility (cell
tower) at 1801 Ridgewood Ave. (Parcel Number 05-34-300-010)
4. Public Hearing on a request for a Variance to Reduce the Rear Setback for an
Apartment Building from 25 Feet to 15 Feet Along the West Property Line at 259
Hyland Avenue. (Parcel Number 09-04-302-050)
