Meeting called to order, Hochstein at 12:19 pm
Approval of November 29, 2023, Minutes
Treasurer’s Report (Smith)
Current balance is $640.10.
Old Business
New Business
Prepare ASSET Board Agenda for 2.8.24
Corrections were made to the draft agenda, Schill will make these corrections.
Vice Chair for 2024-2025
Becky Harker is on the agenda to be approved as the new ASSET Chair.
Linda Hagedorn is on the agenda to be approved as the new Vice Chair.
Treasurer for 2024-2025
Ron Smith is on the agenda to be approved to stay on as Treasurer.
ASSET Calendar 2024-2025
Updates were made to the draft calendar, Schill will make these updates and have ready for the Board
meeting on 2/8. There was also discussion about whether or not we want to change the location for
ASSET Board meetings, Joint Funder meetings, budget work sessions, etc., to a new location.
Clear Impact Scorecard (Mundel)
Mundel provided King with her current duties related to the Community Data Specialist. Mundel
agreed to share this list of duties with King and Schildroth for their information to assist with planning
of how Funder specific data duties could be handled.
