RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 ON CONTRACT WITH
STORY CONSTRUCTION, OF AMES, IA,
FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
FOR FITCH FAMILY INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $132,270 on contract with Story
Construction, of Ames, IA, for Construction Management Services for Fitch Family Indoor
Aquatic Center be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by
this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 11th day of August, 2026.
