There was some confusion about how to connect to the Zoom meeting. The link as not working correctly. People needed a password. Attendance was not many members. Valerie Stallbaumer, the secretary, could not get on until about 15 minutes after the meeting started. Approval of Minutes The minutes were not discussed. Approval of Treasury Report The treasurer’s report showed a new membership payment on Zeffy, bringing the total balance to $4,870.07. Koshu Committee Most of the discussion was by Williams talking about the ways that the student delegates were being educated and coached prior to their upcoming June trip to our partner city, Koshu, Japan. Kosovo Committee McCollum reported that the trip to Podujeva was not yet set. She would keep everyone updated about the plans. She reviewed what some of the possible activities would be on the planned Fall trip. Winefest Some committee members were discussing how the winefest would function. Discuss Bylaws No updates yet available. New Business No new business. Adjourn McCollum adjourned the meeting by 6pm.
