1. Call to Order 5:35 PM
2. Approval of February Minutes – Motion by Jen, Second Steven, Approved by all
3. Approval of Treasurer’s Report – Motion by Marina, Second Michael, Approved by all
4. Koshu Virtual Student Exchange Planning
i. Jen will find the old application form
ii. Subcommittee will review the applications and select participants
iii. Steven can lead one of the meetings with AMS students prior to the virtual exchange
iv. All students should have access to their Chromebooks provided by the school district
v. For internet access students might be able to use AMS, AHS, Sawyer, APL
5. Website update
i. Hosting
• A Squarespace site will cost $324+tax/year
• Wix business is same price
• Steven likes Wix better
ii. Domain name
• will be $15-20/year, first year free
• aipca.com is not available
• aipca may not be a good name since not everyone knows it
• Steven will think of possible domain names (e.g. AmesSisterCities)
III. Paying – will need to either set up automatic payment to banc or paypal (no credit card)
