Hybrid Meeting 8/19/2021, 5:30-6:30 pm
Attending: Cindy Hicks, Linda Livingston, Michael Abrams, Katrina Harden-Williams, Steven McKinny,
Marina Kraeva, Jen Malone
1. Call to Order (Cindy)
2. Approval of July minutes (Motion to approve – Marina, Linda 2nd, approved by all)
3. Treasurer’s Report (Motion to approve – Michael, Linda 2nd, approved by all)
4. Tunisia Update: our committee chaired by Tom Sauer met via zoom with the Tunisia committee on
July 18, including a member of their city council. Next step – they are sending us more information
which we need before approaching our city council.
5. Japan trip 2022 – Katrina and Vladimir Williams will lead the trip. Cindy has reached out to Koshu City
but has not had a return email.
6. New Website – Steven and Linda will gather info on building a new website. Wix was suggested as a
platform. City website needs updated.
7. Calendar Project – Katrina will start gathering artwork for the calendar as soon as school is back in
session. Calli will design and assemble the calendar. Prints will print the calendar.
8. Meeting adjourned at 6:30pm.
