May 20th, 2021 at 5:30 pm
I. Present: Lisa Shen, Cindy Hicks, Linda Livingston, Jennifer Malone, Michael Abrams,
Marina Kraeva, Steven McKinney, Katrina Williams
II. Approval of April Minutes – 1st Hicks, 2nd Livingston. Approved by all.
III. Approval of Treasurer’s Report – 1st Kraeva, 2nd Shen. Approved by all
V. Old Business/Updates
A. New board executives election – Lisa Shen nominates Cindy Hicks for board
president. Jen 2nds the nomination. Official vote will be June 17.
B. Cindy Hicks nominates Calli Sandahl for secretary. No vote until June 17.
C. Annual meeting planning is Jun 17 6-8pm at Moore Memorial Park.
D. Tunisia contact is going to Tunisia in 2 weeks and will remain there for 2
months. He would like to set up a meeting between the committee there and
our Tunisia committee.
