Meeting Minutes for: January 21st, 2021 at 5:30 pm
Present at meeting: Marina Kraeva, Cindy Hicks, Jen Malone, Calli Sandahl, Lisa Shen,
Linda Livingston, Katrina Williams, Karlai Thornburg
Approval of November Minutes: First- Linda Livingston; Second- Calli Sandahl; all
approved
Approval of the Treasurer’s Report - beginning balance $11,137.51 , end balance
$10,987.51 First – Cindy Hicks; Second- Marina Kraeva; all approved
Old Business/Updates
A. Annual newsletter approved and Cindy Hicks given the task to get it mailed.
B. Calli will get the paypal on the facebook page.
C. Photo contest update: we will send a gift to all six entries. Linda Livingston will
find the calendars to give as gifts. Cindy Hicks will give names to Lisa Shen.
D. Katrina Williams suggested producing a lunar calendar to sell for a fundraiser.
We will discuss at the next meeting.
Next meetings: Feb 18, no March meeting, April 15, May 20, Annual meeting in June or July?
