Notes
• Koshu video project update from Cindy: Video complete, Lisa will send it to japan.
• Photo Contest: Cindy will send an Email with photo contest and facebook link and make
a post of facebook about the contest. Photos can be submitted through the end of
December. January 5 – select the winner.
• AIPCA PayPal account setup: Jen has set up the account but it needs to get verified
through facebook that we are a non profit. 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction.
• Tunisia relationship update – still working on the proposal with the mayor in Tunisia.
Probably won’t have it before spring. COVID 19 on the rise in Tunisia right now.
• Annual Newsletter: Callie will put it together. December 31st deadline to get all
materials to Calli. January 14 is the due date. Email the same day. The following are
ideas for the newsletter:
a. Insert letter from Koshu’s Mayor
b. 4 new board members’ introductions
c. Koshu relationship update
d. Facebook page picture contest
e. Tunisia relationship opportunity
f. Cindy will write about the canceled trip and the trip possibility in 2022.
g. Cindy will write about the retired board members.
B. Next meeting: Annual newsletter assembling meeting Jan 21 at 5:30pm.
