Minutes June 26, 2019
Annual Meeting – City Church
Those Board members present: Lisa Shen, Jen Malone, Dianne Brotherson, Judy Jones, Lana Pavik, Karlai Thornburg. Also present several members of AIPCA. A box meal was shared by all.
I. Call to Order (Lisa Shen) at 6:30 p.m. Attendees introduced themselves, discussed their roles and
interest in AIPCA.
II. New Business
A. Election of Board members for coming year:
President Lisa Shen
Vice President – Karlai Thornburg
Treasure – Jen Malone
Secretary – Judy Jones
B. Treasurer report – Malone gave report for June activities and statement for 6/30/2019
Bank total $9,503.85.
C. Review of Koshu delegation – report by Brotherson
D. Discussions on changes in sister city –Koshu and future possible sister city - Kosovo
