Members present: Dianne Brotherson, Lana Pavlik, Judy Jones, Lisa Shen, and Jen Malone
Also attending Bill Malone
Mainly this was a meeting to address thank you notes to the host families and others who contributed to the delegation’s success.
Business items were: authorize payment to City Church for $50 for farewell dinner use. It was moved by Jones, seconded by Brotherson. Motion approved.
It was also approved to pay translators for their services during the delegation visit. Approved were $100 each to Tomoko, Taka and Nao Furukawa and $50 to Katherine Townsend.
Next meeting is December 12th at 7:00 pm at the Pavik residence, 520 Oliver Circle. This will be the winter newsletter addressing session.
