Board Meeting
May 21st, 2015
Meeting Called to order at 6:30 PM
Members present:Bill Diesslin, Tom Sauer, Jen Malone, Judy Jones, Dianne Brotherson, Carol Van Waardhuizen
Meeting Minutes:Minutes from the previous meeting were read by Dianne Brotherson. Board approved the minutes.
Treasurer Report:No report given
Old Business:The board meeting was moved to coincide with a Koshu Delegation meeting so that the board could be introduced. The board members and traveling delegates all introduced themselves.
New Business:Dianne Brotherson made a motion to pay ½ of travel expense, not to exceed $1,000 for the co-leaders (Bill & Brenda Diesslin) of the June delegation. Seconded by Tom Sauer.
Brief discussion followed indicating that such inexpensive airline tickets were procured that cost would be less than $1,000 for the leaders combined. Motion passed, Bill Diesslin abstained
from vote.Annual meeting will be held June 25th at the Oakwood Road Church and Conference Center. Starts at 6:00 PM and will be catered by Hickory Park. Judy Jones agreed to create an
electronic invitation.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 PM.
