Board Feedback
-Interpreter was not prepared for the level of interpreting she was asked to do. AIPCA needs to let Koshu City know what is needed, and KoshuCity needs to be clearer with the travel
company.
-Great group of delegates!
V.New Business
Invitation received from Koshu City for delegation from Ames in June. We would receive delegation from Koshu City in September. Both would be youth delegations.
Bill understood from his meeting in Koshu City that they would honor the 20th year exchanges, then go every other year and combine youth and adults. Will need clarification on future
exchanges.
Koshu City will be needing another AET
Newsletter articles previously written will need to be updated before a newsletter is sent out.
VI.Motion to Adjourn (Bill)Second (John)Adjourned
Respectfully Submitted,
Judy Kemp, Substitute Secretary
