February Minutes:
Needed to change date to 2/28/13
Minutes approved
Treasurers Report: Bill Diesslin
Diane required check for $2000 to cover deposit for upcoming Japan trip. However, individual members handled their own deposits. Diane will return the 2k via check to AIPCA.
Treasurer report approved
Old Business:
Because of the late notification to AIPCA by Friendship Force and its proximity to Spring Break, no board members were able to attend. Diane Oppedalrepresented AIPCA. Judy Kemp updated
the AIPCA display board with new pictures. AIPCA will provide some coverage of the costs. This event will be put on the calendar for next year.
Database Update:
Bill, Diane and Judy put people in categories by activity level.
List was provided to those that attended the meeting. It was divided up with the plan to contact individuals, reconnect and inquire about their interest in being more involved.
AIPCA Google Drive:
The board now has a storage area for meeting minutes and other correspondence is not on Google Drive within AIPCA’s gmail account. There is a password required to access the account
which was given to board members at the meeting. Any board member can now save a shared document in Google Drive on that account.
Additionally, the By-laws have been retyped by Judy and now in electronic copy on Google Docs

Annual Meeting:
Thursday June 27. Judy will try to reserve Oakwood Rd. AIPCA bought meat and buns. Salads and desserts by others.
Student Rep.:
Susan Jaspar suggested having a student rep. Board will review request during By-laws review.
September Delegation:
3rd week of September, have not heard back from Japan but Rhonda found out there were some translation issues with the letter Judy sent to them on behalf of AIPCA. Rhonda will retranslate.
New Officers:
What is plan for new officers? All offices done the end of the fiscal year—June 2013. Need a nominating committee. Next meeting discuss number of board members.
