RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 6
ON CONTRACT WITH ALL STAR CONCRETE LLC, OF JOHNSTON, IA,
FOR BID PACKAGE 03-1 BUILDING CONCRETE WORK FOR PAINT TOUCH-UPS
AFTER THE REMOVAL OF CONCRETE SPLATTERS ON THE PRECAST PANELS
FOR THE FITCH FAMILY INDOOR AQUATIC CENTER
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 6 in the deduct amount of $2,058 on contract with All Star
Concrete LLC, of Johnston, IA, for the Bid Package 03-1 Building Concrete Work for Paint
Touch-Ups after the removal of concrete splatters on the precast panels for the Fitch
Family Indoor Aquatic Center be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a
part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of July, 2026.
