RESOLUTION APPROVING
CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 OF PHASE 1 AND CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 OF PHASE 2
ON CONTRACT WITH VAN MAANEN ELECTRIC, INC., OF NEWTON, IA,
FOR 2020/21 & 2021/22 INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PROGRAM
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 of Phase 1 in the deduct amount of $107,150 and Change
Order No. 1 of Phase 2 in the deduct amount of $107,150 on contract with Van Maanen
Electric, Inc., of Newton, IA, for the 2020/21 & 2021/22 Intelligent Transportation System
Program be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 28th day of July, 2026.
