The City Council set a date of Public Hearing on the vacation of Electric Utility
Easement and approval of the Disclaimer of Interest in Realty for the 161 KV
Transmission Line relocated for Iowa Department of Transportation.
City staff is working through final details for the easement and request this
hearing be continued to August 11, 2026.
