RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
ON CONTRACT WITH CON-STRUCT, INC, OF AMES, IA,
FOR RESOURCE RECOVERY AND RECYCLING CAMPUS
BID PACKAGE 31-1 – SITE DEMOLITION & EARTHWORK
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $ 160,851 on contract with Con-Struct,
Inc., of Ames, IA, for the Resource Recovery and Recycling Campus Bid Package 31-1
– Site Demolition & Earthwork be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a
part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of July, 2026.
