RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
ON CONTRACT WITH SARGENT & LUNDY LLC, OF CHICAGO, IL,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR RECIPROCATING INTERNAL COMBUSTION
ENGINE (RICE) ELECTRIC GENERATION FACILITY
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $205,300 on contract with Sargent &
Lundy LLC, of Chicago, IL, for the Engineering Services for Reciprocating Internal
Combustion Engine (RICE) Electric Generation Facility be approved and adopted as
attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of July, 2026.
