RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 ON CONTRACT WITH
DENCO HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, OF MINGO, IA,
FOR 13TH STREET EMERGENCY STORM SEWER PIPE REPAIR
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $10,130 on contract with Denco Highway
Construction Corporation, of Mingo, IA, for the 13th Street Emergency Storm Sewer Pipe
Repair be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
reference.
ADOPTED THIS 14th day of July, 2026.
