The following licenses are eligible for renewal:
a. Kwik Star #1158, 1910 Isaac Newton Drive, Class E Retail Alcohol License
b. Northcrest Community, 1801 20th Street, Special Class C Retail Alcohol
License with Outdoor Service
c. Red Lobster #0747, 1100 Buckeye Avenue, Class C Retail Alcohol License
d. Welch Ave Station, 207 Welch Avenue Ste 101, Class C Retail Alcohol
License
e. Botanero Latino, 604 East Lincoln Way, Special Class C Retail Alcohol
License with Outdoor Service
f. Ichiban Japanese Restaurant, 117 Welch Avenue, Special Class C Retail
Alcohol License
A review of police records for the past 12 months found no liquor law violations
for Kwik Star #1158, Northcrest Community, Botanero Latino, or Ichiban
Japanese Restaurant. The Police Department recommends the license renewal
for these businesses.
A review of police records for Red Lobster #0747 found one violation for
Providing Alcohol to an Underage Person. One violation was found for Minors
Prohibited on Certain Premises at Welch Avenue Station. Officers will continue to
monitor these businesses for liquor law violations and offer ID training for staff
members. The Police Department recommends the license renewal for these
businesses.
