There is no Council Action Form for the 2025/26 Water System
Improvements Program (Barr Drive, Douglas Avenue - 16th Street to O'Neil
Drive, and 17th Street - Douglas Avenue to dead end) with Iowa Water &
Waste Systems, of Boone, Iowa, in the amount of $881,271.90. City Council
approval of the contract and bond for the project is simply fulfilling a State
Code requirement.
