RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 7
ON CONTRACT WITH KELLER EXCAVATING, INC. OF BOONE, IA,
FOR NORTH RIVER VALLEY WELL FIELD AND PIPELINE PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF AMES, IOWA
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Change Order is necessary and proper
on the above Contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Ames,
Iowa, that Change Order No. 7, a deduct in the amount of $505,353.34 and an adjustment
to the substantial completion date by 209 days and the final completion date by 212 days
on contract with Keller Excavating, Inc. of Boone, IA, for the North River Valley Well Field
and Pipeline Project be approved and adopted as attached hereto and made a part hereof
by this reference.
ADOPTED THIS 23rd day of June, 2026.
